...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mylan is good company to work. All approach is based on sop and control's. No work burden. Facilities, employees care.

No salary standardisation with respect to the position. People are lady. Work will not move.

Good package and benefits, food and beverages are not bad

I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.
