It is a generic company. I have joined here after completing postdoc in USA. It has offered me good position but involved me in bench work with low salary. It makes me unsatisfied.

they took us for granted we worked for only a few months the kept us on 3rd party payroll on contract so that we can't object. we never actually expected this thing to happen, on the 4th month of working in the organization a notice was sent to us from the 3rd party company MANPOWER GROUP OF SERVICES stating that the contract has been withdrawn by the client ( Mylan Healthcare) because of Govt Of India has band the molecule "Oxytocin" due to miss use of the goods. they given us the last date of working 31st Aug & we took it as it was a bad luck , but what we didn't Know that it was their plan all along to get rid of us. As soon as the last date of the notice period arrived we heard that " Syntocinon" is available in the market again, because the govt has withdrawn the band on 'Oxytocin'. now Mylan Healthcare has all of the 562 Grade A Stockist with high demand product which we appointed them with very much hard work. with one Marketing manager whose doing all the sale over his phone from Bangalore & no employee to pay. frankly speaking this is me made decision that changed my life forever its been 2 months i am unemployed shifting to 'mylan' from 'Primal' was biggest mistake of life.if you are reading this then don't make the same mistake as i did. just think this through the company has been in india for 60 years for 50 years they have been manufacturing for the biggest pharmaceuticals companies in India & for the last decade they have been promoting their own goods in the market but still couldn't make a name for themselves. I hope this would help to make right choice. Regards

Good package and benefits, food and beverages are not bad

I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.
