There's a not politics in management but address our issues salary is better so New joining employee salary very good .but career growth us slow

Mylan laboratories,unit -9 Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job training is not given properly for new joinees. Oldest equipments. Over time duties are high.
