It is a generic company. I have joined here after completing postdoc in USA. It has offered me good position but involved me in bench work with low salary. It makes me unsatisfied.

Currently there is no job security.

...programs are good. Job security is not so bad. Career growth is is not so bad. Salary is good. Lot of learnigs here and lot of politics here. Appraisals are not so bad . Work environment is good.

I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

I love working in a positive environment where employees have a great scope to reach heights by position , salary, package and personality grooming.

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.
