Salary upraises are based on the budgets given to the management and it also depends on the performance and behaviours. Team mates: as far as my team mates are concerned they were great whereas an individual should also stand up and ask for help and also try to enagage within the intra teams. career growth: an individual needs to be agressive and open to adapt changes and willing to take extra work load and perform.
