Giving very min salary hike for those who promoted / switch internal transfer. Not even trying to meet min salary requirement.

Employee friendly HR policies, flexibility, excellent lateral movment oppourtunities with hike, iPhone with sim provided, 2-way cab facility, excellent work culture, no micormanagement, encourgaes to take vacation.

Dislikes

Not the best in terms of Job security, layoffs every other year, annual bonus not part of CTC hence not always paid unless company reaches internal target of profitability

Salary and benefits are not on par with industrial standards. The salaries are way below if compared with any tech companies.

Atmosphere very nice and good salary ,good meals, good safety work, my work is very enjoyable I like this

Forklifts operator, and crean operator, Reachtechh operator, warehouse inband and outband
