One of the worst organization ever. First they will take 5-6 round of interview and then they will release the offer letter after a month. Even after joining there is no project they have. You have to sit on bench for 5-6 months and when you will request them for any project then they will assign a job which is completely different and junior position role. You can't learn anything here. Never join such bull shit organization.

The work-life balance. In Verticurl I love the work culture, They don't micromanage anything,

I would say the compensation here is very less compare to the industry standards and we don't have any sort of perks working here. There aren't any learning subscriptions to enhance our knowledge.

Basic Skill Development is good, they have library for basic Skill development which you can easily find on YouTube. Some accounts are good they don't torture you.

Dislikes

...otice for everyone even for executive. No company would ask you while switching. And if you wanna leave early, pay 3 months of full salary and leave. So basically you're stuck here if you don't take critical action.

Hire and Fire Less projects Less learning opportunities Less salary hike as remote employee, very few times you connect with people and leaders, or they simply do not reply

Good working environment, work culture is good. Appraisals and salary hike is not okay. Work life balance is good here.

Dislikes

Appraisals and salary hike is really low when compared to other companies. Career growth is slow.
