If i talk about my personal experiene there is no doubt company environment is good. Team is supportive.chances of career growth is more .lots of activity takes place in a month so that employee remains tension free in office premise . Job security is also here .but 1 thing i don't like "salary /appraisal"is less than the other org. Overall my experience was good with Vertex.
Overall company is just average, there is very limited job growth and opportunities in the company, pay scale is not good at par with the industry, unsatisfactory job security and content... Overall not recommend to anyone to work here.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
Salary is too low I'll working 1 year and more but my salary is just increase 850..now am getting 7100..and can't develope anything system knowledge and communication skills there having politics to moving second level
