I have been working with versetal from past 14 months and i love being a part of this organization as it didn't pressurize anyone to focus on one life, work culture and people in this are totally awesome. I won't say much about it, you guys come and experience this masti by yourself.

I think there is not, but if one doesn't has any dislikes people always think to board on that, so for its just that we should keep some prices or incentives for achieving any milestones, so that everyone will fight and play for it and it will be fun as the same time.

Its terrible, if i would have ability to give half star then i would givd that, it give employees depression only. No courage, not skill development nothing. Zero management and zero interest

Compensational benifit is good. Could have WFH options but the shift plans are bad. May be split week off.

False commitment to work for area of technology.forcefully put into the team where there is no specification for area of expertise. Actually, Expertise doesn't matter. What's matter is cleaning up the ticket count. Sorry, Count of informational message which comes as ticket.
