... oldies in the higher position do not know any new tech nor they wish to evolve. There were constant salary cuts in the company about 11%. There were no promotions or appraisals. There were three rounds of layoffs. In short you neither learn nor earn here.

At least pay the agreeed amount to the employees. Taking salary cuts for management incompetence is a big no.

Flexible times and days of working. Good culture and work life balance.

Dislikes

No salary hike for 2 years across company. Paycuts for few months in the middle. No promotion despite good work. Basically they pay you less and compensate with flexible timings.

Pay is above industry average and that is the only benefit.

Pathetic work culture HR function is dead Toxic upper management No decision making power with employees unrealistic and not thought through features Josh operates on whim Dailyhunt would still be considerable but never join Josh.

There is no training, no job security, average carrier growth, salary is ok, appraisal also ok, politics is there, work environment is good, work life balance is ok.

I worked 6-7 months over there. Environment is not bad but HR behavior is not good just like they are treating as servant. And anytime any movement they will remove from company without any notice. Nobody will see your dedication nothing but politics is too much . If u have any hand with hr or any higher authority then u can stay over there otherwise not.
