Nothing to like for Verolt.

Dislikes

Many dislikes to be mentioned. No salary was credited on time. Finance matters are handled very badly. No flexibility is given to employees. Got fired from the company with prior intimation. TDS is not yet paid for entire tenure. PF is also pending.

Sometimes the cross functional work, but who wants to compromise on hard earn expertise.

...od people without notice and hardly settle people's full and final settlements. No, ontime salary, pf, tax payment to government. All employees are outsourced and no in-house project development.

Nothing, they talk about big projects but don’t have any at the end… No work pressure here as there is no work to do 🤣 they have no projects or clients! Just with 2 clients the company is surviving. CEO sits in the office and is the only decision maker. If u impressive that old uncle u are lucky to continue your job if not then they will force to resign in just 5 mins like they did with me and my 55 other work colleagues.

Everything, they are good communicators but not good doers! The upper management is crab and lot of office politics. They have no technical projects, they only keep making POCs. Worst company to be in ! Every week they hire and every month they keep on with their Layoffs. Don’t join Verolt!

Working Environment is very good with a excellent work life balance. Exposure to multiple verticals across the industry. Verolt always supports you to bring the best out of you and helps you in achieving in your career goals.
