Bi-Annual Salary Revision. The company inducts employees at reasonable salary band of 7-9 lpa, and provides ~10+% increase bi-annualy

Everything!! The company treats its employees as robots, there is no concept of learning, employee retention amd work life balance. Although work life balance part depend on team by team basis.

They pay for your CFA fees if you manage to survive for 18 months

The work quality is really poor, also work life balance is terrible. They do provide and cab facilities, both of which are equally horrible. The cabs they use are really old and in poor condition, spotting insects in the meals is quite regular.
