Work here is very good. Got lot of opportunities to work on several projects. Work culture and team is great. Satisfaction with work.

Dislikes

Financial growth is worst. Apprisals are bad. Salary not matching market compared to similar level Product based company. Rest everything is great.

The pay is straight forward, no hidden components, this is a huge place to learn

Dislikes

The company culture is mashed up with so many acquisitions, they do not have their own defined culture. The is no Job security and probation is brutal. No feedback in the first 5 months and they inform you that you did not pass probation after 5 months no feedback. The work is hectic, you will be on 24x7 calls, still get 20k-30K bonus. If you want to risk your career, there is no place better than Verifone.

... is absolutely no learning. Even if you want to there is no documentation or KT. You have to figure everything out by yourself and for the vast domain it is it’s so hard Sudden Lay offs after false promises Some of the senior manager /director are rude and bully you even if you don’t work for them The culture and politics is bad No hike

Ok Product based company. Good pay and benefits and flexible time.

Dislikes

No Proper Job Security you can be fired any time. Actually not one at a time. They do mass lay offs now and then. Less learning in QA not used in other company you may feel difficult once you are out of the company.
