There's nothing to appreciate. The security guard is the real MVP there, treating like you a royalty. The rest act like they are running a Fortune 500 company incognito.

... issue.. it's a just calling and chat work. Nothing else. Horrible work timings. Useless Hybrid model in which they don't even pay travelling allowances ... during office visits, they will calculate your TA daily. Lots of things which I or some other people don't like.

...er even tries to consider to hear other's POV. Working here is just donkey work. No growth, no work-life balance, no salary benifits, no promotions, no appraisal. The people who really cared about the company were layed off during recession. After that, the work environment was worst.

A very nice to company to start off your career ,they give training and you get international clients to handle. Supervisor are supportive . Work is not boring . You really enjoy it.

... given as promised , No reply from Hr when you ask anything .No career growth. Other company for international clients are offering good pay as compared to verificient

Terrible experience ever. There is so much partially in the organisation. The employee who is closer to leads and follow the leads only get the benefits. Except few no one is supportive. Do not encourage to improve skills and knowledge. No friendly environment. You'll get targeted if you express the facts and things which are going wrong in the team. Terminating most eligible and dedicated and best employees with silly reasons.
