Skills growth less. If i worked on saturday,sunday they give only comp off instead of salary.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good and give salary on time of every month.

When you are not able to perform upto their mark they'll try to compare you with themselves or others and tell you that we could have done in less time and much better way to do that particular thing. if you are a junior they'll tell that when we were at your position we did this and you couldn't even do that.
