As it was a startup, initially I was excited about my career goals and work environment but off late there is no job security and the company itself has no idea where it's heading towards without any profit. No growth, no job engagement, no work satisfaction, no annual appraisal, not even paid the variable for what we worked and so on. Just to show less expenses, company started laying off employees and almost 60% of employees had already been laid off. Useless and pointless moves. Just by acquiring other companies Veranda can't survive long in the market.

There is no value of employees in this organization. If anyone is not able to deliver sales company immediate fire them without any notice period.

Employees value are not kept. No moral or ethical policy.

I learned a lot how to manage the team how to work as team member . It is honour to work with veranda learning loved the company more

There is Nothing much to tell discomfort working from home is bit hard thats it .

You can easily learn new things in this organization with the help of all the managers and no more pressurising work over there.

no more guarantees for the employees work, once the project has been closed.
