...s organization but appreciation of work completion is much poorer than expected. No compensation, rather working is continued straight for 13 to 16 hrs,late at night too, doesn't matter shift ended or not. Team efficiency is less. An individual is given responsible with all sections that doesn't matter you have the knowledge or not, of the work assigned. There is neither any on-job training for fresher's nor any guidance from seniors.

I have join as a IT Executive 17th May 2023 and end on 07-06-23, no work in IT, senior IT person will torcher you and give unnecessary work camera repairing, UPS repairing, and force you daily late sitting without any work, atleast office hours 8:30 to 07:00 pm fix force you.

Worst team work, everybody think themselves as boss or owners, back piercing and buttering are common responsibilities given to special subordinates hired by general manager. My Boss Mr. Sanjiv kathuria was a great and good human being. He always thinks about his company and workers. He considers his workers as his family.

There are some people here who think only about themselves and take advantage of themselves. Take anyone's credit. I don't like these people
