Venus is a stamping company completely based on punching blanking and stacking crca and crno sheets for rotor and stator manufacturing. This organization also involved as top supplier of chain plates manufacturing for chain sprocket assembly. Learning and improving skill in the field of tool and quality is a good opportunity in thisorganization but appreciation of work completion is much poorer than expected. No compensation, rather working is continued straight for 13 to 16 hrs,late at night too, doesn't matter shift ended or not. Team efficiency is less. An individual is given responsible with all sections that doesn't matter you have the knowledge or not, of the work assigned.
