Salary is very less And not on time.work/achivement is not appreciated by senior.always give false hope like dont run for money just focus on skill.but they forgot that even labour is earning more than thier employees.lerning is good but one can learn from anywhere .i thik if have no skill then join if have any skill try to avoid this company.hr will force to like company post.

I regret my time at this company. The work culture is toxic, and there is zero support from HR or leadership. Promises made during hiring—whether about salary, growth, or job role—are rarely kept. Management is disorganized and lacks basic communication skills. HR acts as a formality and does nothing when employees raise concerns. Hard work and dedication are never appreciated, and instead, favoritism and internal politics decide your growthThe most disappointing part is the lack of ethics—they expect loyalty from employees but don’t think twice before breaking commitments. If you're looking for a healthy, respectful work environment with real career opportunities, this is not the place. I would never recommend this company to anyone serious about their career.

So much politics in the organization there are only one or two person naren and sumit sir and few of employee are lackeys of sumit they do everything what he says in the company backbiting and all things, HR has so bad attitude sakshi and riddhi too they don't care the sentiments of the employees

They is no policy what to work how work. I trying expaling processing of working liking my old company. They refusing saying working is compulsory like them or leave. No growing after 2 years

Best thing about Venture7 is the culture and people. I am working here since 6+ years and looking forward to work here as I am satisfied with the growth. Also we have the facility to WFH which is helpful for all the working ladies who can easily manage their personal and professional life.
