we cannot rely on venttura for job security , growth is slow but lots of things to learn, lots of politics, mgmt doesn't support & listens to only 1 person so its really demotivating for other person salary appraisal cannot expect much even if u change lots of things which have worked in their favour & helped them to align their team in a systamtic way , travelling a lots so work & life no balance
