...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I was always like to work in my core field because of this reason I can say it's good to work here Otherwise my first preference to work in steel and power plants

Carrier growth, working culture ,,compensation and benefits these things i don't like here

In This company lots off this teaches.Just like how treat to Industry . Teammates are co-operative.

Every company have some Advantage or Disadvantage.My opinion that will be in this company some Miscommunication between Technicial persons between some Department

Have a great learning curve in technologies.very good work environment with good teams and have supportive management in every aspect.

Some times pressure on work environment..give tight schedule to complete the work.
