It's management and sense of humor. They may post any person on any post and dept. Working format isn't good, They also don't provide more salary,increment,promotion,internal loan ,etc

Company will give training maxiumum 3 months then manager will alert one shed with our control then we should maintan labour ,Egg collection ,production like that wrk ,good company
