Nothing given as compensation. The work pressure is high. instead 8 hours I worked for 12 hours No leave facilities no gratuity

The only reason I work here is because of easy transportation for me

Most of the time lack of nursing staff,sometimes they are making them do double without paying, but only giving extra off which is difficult to get ,expecting to attend all call bell without delaying even though nurse patient ratio is high

front desk some extra Formality must be minimize because some time due to some other thing we take more time to complete billing for example there is token machine but if person who is doing billing as well coordinating patient which is very hard because of mind distraction they suffer from loss of cash in their scroll and as well token machine which is one more task which has many formality so this makes very hard to do Billing + Cordintaion + Token machine makes work more harder because there is many dr when Pcs is doing billing then he has to focus on billing and during that time some pt they enter in dr room so other pt start quarreling and that would be very worst situation so pcs executive cant do billing and would be more cheos around there But if not agree with me so please do this task by self who made this rules for pcs staff atleast two or three Saturday so they can understand situation very well For token machine and coordinating with pt must be other staff
