Vena Energy provided me lot of learning scope. There is not restrictions with technology and team shifting. The working environment was very supportive & every one is very helping.

Dislikes

While leaving I expected to get my yearly bonus as I left in the month of April end but due to their HR policy they couldn't gave. I really wish they modify their HR policy. As an employee, I worked from jan to dec effortlessly still didn't got my yearly bonus. That's little hurtful.

Five months I worked with this company and initial first two months I have decided that this is not a place to work. Senior management don’t have a sense of specking with subordinates no mutual respect no business ethics. Passed personal attack comment in the name of joke. Overall management not running a company but a circus. Small cafeteria only 10 persons sitting area. No parking space HR policies are pathetic. Before joining in offer letter its different and after joining in appointment letter is different so be careful before signing any HR documents.
