Very less salary, no increment or promotion, company culture is so strict so many restrictions, they don't give recognition for your work and they take more work from you and under pay you.

... at he same time their thinking will be in profit oriented from the employees. No on time salary and benefits will be available. As per my perception their not professional but a merchandise.

Provided an opportunity as a fresher is the good point of the company and provision of salary is on time.

The growth of an employee is very slow. There are very less provision of leaves as compared to other company. No proper communication with its employees located at various projects.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

After one year they couldn't settlement my full and final settlement and not credited my last month salary, PF amount, experience relieving certificate.

Continue staff changes they don't respond, like mail and phone call.
