It was a new established company, company culture is very good, skill development and learning is excellent, excellent job security and to adapt new innovative things every day, services provide to clients are very good, it treats every customer responsible service, I also one of the part of this company, this company update their employees day to day, every day to learn new innovative things of employees of this company

Dislikes

Compensation is low and growth is medium. The work pressure is high. timings is different. Daily have to work 11 to 12 hours in a day. The company don't take their employees suggestions and values. I did't satisfy the work and working conditions, they don't provide training services to freshers.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
