Other favorite employees who are in same situation as you will get good treatment. Cannot expect any humanly help from the management.

CEO vision is great and good food lunch and dinner free of cost and also snacks Flexibility in working hours

They are not enthusiastic to do better product they won't store technical documents and no knowledge sharing , no proper planning if bugs available they postpone to next release give that product deliver to customer , then they raise unwanted tickets. managers are worst and partial baised on promotions and hikes 80% testing is still in manual, do not except to join better growth experience people not recommended.
