All minor decision also needs Director approval. Micromanagement. Only Sales people have top hand. No transparency in Interview.After you join they will bully you. The decsion keeps changings. Long working working hours working at Plant. Employee motivation is worst. HR culture is zero.

This is unorganised company. Management is rude. Director cabin have cctv surveillance in HO and factory level for micromanaging and keeping an eye of each activity on employees. No proper hierarchy and role for employee. Purchase doing only donkey style work. No standard operations procedure. Vendor payment due since 2 years. No proper cash flow. Many people in Finance dept. All decisions taken by management. Management don't trust employees. Hire and fire culture. This was observed since many years. Do not trust with 4 star rating on ambitionbox, this is such a big flop company. I strongly recommend, not to join and destroy your career. Hectic and toxic work culture. Pure politics by HODs.

I like so much to work with velvin. Get so much knowledge of my profile. get knowledge how factory work is going on. Very Good Co-ordination with management as well as Factory level.

Company is good but I find racism, only good for tamilian bcoz GM wants their native state person to talk with them in thier language to disgrace other staff.

Toxic culture. Partial for other HODs like pro- sales, pro- Production Micromanage. Attrition 50 %. No good HR policies. Do not want to improve HR culture. only Talks no action. Hire and Fire policy. High attrition in HR dept. 7 HR Head changed in 5 years.
