Nothing at all, you just get salary on time and work from home

I will start my review by saying the so-called leader of SEO, "Harsh," is such a pathetic person he doesn't even know how to talk, and don't know how to communicate all he knows is how to bark like a dog at people who work hard and give each and everything to the company. Pure Arrogance and Dictatorship can be seen if you are working in a seo team And the irony is the upper management doesn't even care what is happening in their company. And always support their old employees, even if they don't work at all. Now there is nothing wrong in supporting old employees as they have built their trust but know the line between what's fair and what's unfair, Trusting such employees blindly who are not letting their juniors go ahead is so wrong. Juniors who work really hard are robbed from their deserved credits. Further, you don't get appreciation or an increment, and even if you work hard, they will not appreciate you but blame you for the things which you didn't even know is your fault. They do not at all give respect to anyone's opinions and perspectives. It's like providing peanuts and expecting to get biryani. And expect people to find out something new for which they are not even ready to bear minimum price. Nothing is free in today's world and working in this organization will let you know humanity doesn't even exsists in their dictionary. The name of the company is named "velocity," but for the last 11 years, there has been no growth in neither direction. You won't get the salary according to industrial standards. And you will have to face the dictatorship of seniors who give comments like "people like you are filthy and won't get a good job." "many people are waiting to replace you" "one day you will end begging on streets" and many pathetic comments no matter how much you work hard for them. I have seen many of my teammates leave the company in short period of time, so if you are wise enough think twice before joining this company.

What you will like about velocity is even after working so hard you won't get appreciation forget about the rewards, they will only bark at you and ask for more, it seems they are never satisfied no matter what you do and their is lots of politics involved internally, most of the creadits is taken by the team leader who are licking their feets for years, new talent isn't given recognition to grow or to learn, only work pressure is given and expected to be completed like we are some robots.

What I dislike is everything, our bosses involves their wives in the company and make sure to make our life hell, the leader of the team is least bothered to take sides of his team members but expects more work from everyone and does nothing all day, due to this politics many of my colleagues left the office within a month plus they don't believe in paying according to market standards and exploits freshers
