don't expect much support from HR. You Have to work on client location only and salary may get delayed if client not submit your monthly performance report.

They hired employees as a contract for other companies, but they don't response back late salary, no job security,

Bad management , there no any policy resources just like as labour's. If you favourite of manager will got good appraisal. There is no any value of employees. They call any Saturday Or sunday and lat night.

In software services this have almost government projects and it's also one of GST provider company.

Compensation is good , but growth is slow. Some time work pressure is very high.there is no on -job training or chance to work on latest technologies.
