i have faced salary issue for 3month late . this type issue come to 3 to 4 time in year. this is my payroll company but not provide salary time to time. when client work order end then company exit the employee from employee portal.

They are not doing appraisal on time... They are delay around 6-8 months. No bonus amount will pay you. And work is not important here, important is only politics. I will not recommended to join this company

There is no structured policy which is followed in the organization they only concentrate on North people. South side people have been treated badly.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits sure you won't get from the organization. It's should be a process driven they are going with people and creating a bad name with all the customers they have.

HR department is very lazy, compensation not as per industry. Health insurance policy is worst. Building and infrastructure wise its not like an IT organisation.

Good for entry level job but stay only for few years .Mostly Contracts of Govt. Projects .

don't expect much support from HR. You Have to work on client location only and salary may get delayed if client not submit your monthly performance report.
