.... Company is also selling power through Group Captive and Third Party Schemes. Company also give yearly Bonus irrespective of you complete one year or not. The staff & management are very much friendly. MD is a nice person who personally helps people on critical situations.

Not flexible to work from home. How ever not stringent on office timings also.

I get the opportunity to learn about solar plant correction, commissioning, and civil infrastructure in new areas at this age, as with my experience. if you are smart and intelligent you can learn about your interest

Nothing as I was holding a senior position. what I dislike is even a minor issue only the MD can make the next decision

the company is very good achieved project orders from MNC company. i also very hard work sample project completed after the client gave big order. i very interest various type of work . Totally i learned experience from here

Now the company only order from construction. the company profit is very low Job security and benfits is low
