This is a good company to work with. Yearly increment is one which is catching comparing to other companies. Company is involved in the business of Open Acesss solar development. Company is also selling power through Group Captive and Third Party Schemes. Company also give yearly Bonus irrespective of you complete one year or not. The staff & management are very much friendly. MD is a nice person who personally helps people on critical situations....Read More

Not flexible to work from home. How ever not stringent on office timings also.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
