Zero HR culture. Jr. and mid level HR people changes every month.
No bonus and other benefits.
Decision making concentrated on the CEO.
Micro-management.
No focus on customers.
No innovations.
Mediocre pay scale.
Over hiring of backend technical people specially freshers and less sales people.

Not liked any thing. The CEO and the Director Sales have a vision. But it will be great if you survive under the regional manager at Mumbai / Thane. He will make you feel the best stupid / idiot born on the earth with no caliber and expertise in your work area.
...India, as all the top positions are occupied by the life members of the company. The salary payed is very less. If you are from the software group then you are paid good. The work life balance is very poor. They will keep you working on Saturday and Sundays. There is no time to be spent with family. The office at HQ is good with most of the facilities. The regional office are run from small flats without basic amenities like drinking water / toilets / hygiene. Travel policy is pathetic, mostly on tours you have to shell out of your own pockets to keep yourself in a hygienic place and to have proper food. And the worst part is organization has forced to travel to office during the lock down to do the day to day work.
