Work pressure is high, sometimes the work stretches to 8-10 hours but that is not a usual thing. Some managers are good,but some are task oriented. Appraisals are only performance based, and not much on tenure.

I have worked on many projects for clients from various sectors, which helped me fetch ample information on the industry's demands. it's the little things matter the most, after all, If you join this company, do it without a doubt.
