Contract, taking marks cards, giving below labour salary but work is more, no ethics, no holidays, no one care about employees, food is worst, still more is there, no words to explain the horrible nightmare i spended in the company, overall review of the company i give -5 rating........

They will give salary correctly on time.

Dislikes

Very worst management and they don't even care for the employee. They will ask to do work from morning 6 to evening 9 like that. More than team lead 1 auditor is there her name is mohitha she is the worst one. She is acting for her promotion and showing off in front of TL and manager. And the TL Ragurama chandra he just care her words rather than us because they have good understanding in work she helps in his work. This is soo ridiculous. Including me 4 other employees joined in this company because of their nature at a time we all absconded from that company. Very worst experience with this company.

... There is a huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good.Appraisals and salary hike also good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Some of pressure free projects and friendly leads

Less salary, extending hours to finish target regularly, no leave for all government holidays even Deepavali pongal some people will ask and get but some people have to work during holidays, Saturday working day with OT for full target

I can proudly say that im also a part of this company and its growth...Very good platform for freshers

Compared with other mncs salary package and appraisal are somewhat poor... When there is huge downloads most of the employees work double the shift timing but the higher authorities never mind that hard work and determination What i noticed was the management isnt going well.
