The working environment is quite friendly. Even the higher authorities are approachable. The environment focuses on bringing new ideas and innovations. There are events like monthly colosseum and townhall which gives an overall update about the progress of the firm. The colleagues around are quite supportive and enthusiastic.

Dislikes

At times we have to sit late hours to resolve issues and even at weekends (team specific). You can be working on different technology than what you are trained on, based on the requirement of the firm.(which is not actually something to dislike)

If I were to pinpoint any area of improvement, it would be great to have even more opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. However, this is a minor observation does not diminish the overall quality of the experience.

There is too much politics, you can only get a decent appraisal if you are licking your manager, and it doesn't matter how much you have worked your entire year. Apart from that, there is no work-life balance. Every weekend is a workweek.

1. The company has worst culture. If there is no project available, employees are fired instantly without any consideration or notice. 2. Favoritism runs rampant, if you are close to higher management, your job is secure regardless of your performance or contribution. 3. In stark contrast, employees with just 2-3 yrs. are experience are promoted to Technical Lead positions, bypassing more deserving and qualified candidates. 4. A particularly egregious example is an individual who joined as an intern and became a permanent employee within 6 months. Despite having only a total of one year of experience, this person is now in a position to evaluate and reject candidates with 6-7 years of experience. 5. The organization operates with no ethics and is not a place for experienced professionals. 6. Employees are treated as disposable and there is pervasive atmosphere of insecurity and distrust.
