Exposure to learn from other departments. Company provides facility like pf esi gratuity bonus. As per the norms... and Trainings on related subjects to work.

Dislikes

unprofessional work culture and unethical , Management doesnot address your problems, they play dumb n deaf . No job security. Zero career growth. If you try to voice out. Employee wil be targeted ,manupulative stories will be reported to management. Not good work place for female candidates.

I Like good approach, ambition of the company VEER-O-Metals. Teammate were cooperative. but proper responsibility and clarity on reporting systems was not there. I mean roles and responsibilities were not defined properly. But over all company is very good .

1. No politics inside company or employees. 2. Strict working hours if you are a machine operator. 3. Good environment. 4. Canteen facility (free food) 5. Job security is good. 6. Proper leaves on festivals.

Dislikes

1. Need to travel to other units of this company for work follwup if you are a project incharge, means if you don't go directly your project will not taken. 2. Very tight work schedule. 3. No new learning as this is a production based company.
