The most unpolitical and non-partisan place to work. The founders, while being great businesspeople, have a very high regard for being reasonable, good human beings. This leads to a culture where you are pushed to do your best, but everyone supports you to get there. There is also a way of treating people like grown-ups. Instead of having monitoring about what time you come in and leave, you are expected to deliver (and deliver well) but everything else, no one will bother you

We have grown fast, so the office is now full. We are moving to a new office, so i guess that will get sorted.

It was said during the interview and introduction, it’s Hybrid working mode but U’ll not get it they would the say u need permission from manager who will not approve if u r not his favourite. Also the Holiday system is very bad there is no permanent holiday even on madontory public holidays , u’ll get 10 leaves within a year as special holidays and u need to take those on public holiday as approved by your RM.also they monitor your activity/productivity by TimeChamp.

I Enjoy working in a team environment and learn a lot by collaborating with other members. I like work Culture. I feel that i am working with professionals that i can learn form and that they will push me take on new and challenging opportunities.

No micromanagement, depends on your manager, great food every Friday, Birthday cakes, leaves policy is good

Dislikes

no clarity on work, no documentation, if there is no work no one will bother you but if there is work and forget about work/life balance

There is nothing to like about this place. New joinees are not given any training with regards to the company's products and asked to work blindly.

Dislikes

Saturday off are for name sake. One has to stay logged in until midnight if required if there is client delivery the next day.
