There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. More over if complain all this issue to higher authority they won't even listen to it rather they will make it even more worse ...

The only perk I feel in Vedantu was that it was work from home.

The pay scale is very poor. We teachers are only paid .25% of what the company takes from a child as fees. Work stress is high compared to the pay.

...ment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent, Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Worst support from from my team(HR team). Business Stakeholders are worse here, most of them behave like illiterate and demand illogical things. HR head who is also the co-owner(Simriti Goel). She is the worse.

...about the working time that is not at all applicable while working on the flore. And no proper response for your salary Or payslip details. And very rude behaviors by TL and CH.
