Very long working hours, salary less than industry standard. Very less leaves. No work life balance. Rude HRs. Family business. Office location very very bad and unsafe. No cafeteria.

...or the person joining in the uper level position. Work load is very high always. In covid-19 lockdown company made full payment to employees but after lockdown over company deducted all salary of lockdown period.

Workload is very high always. And pay scale is not very good. Rest overall company is ok for working.

When I'm resigned there then manyavar are deducted my salary few days without reason and business head SOUMBRATA SARKAR & MOUMITA GHOSH no-one reply perfectly.

Every month salary is credited last working day of month without any fail. Working day Monday to friday

Dislikes

10 hrs( working) everyday. Increment in salary is very low. Very minimum no. of holidays. Technical growth is limited. No training for technical upliftment
