Good work culture, friendly environment. But it varies from department to department. New CMO is nice.

Dislikes

Very long working hours, salary less than industry standard. Very less leaves. No work life balance. Rude HRs. Family business. Office location very very bad and unsafe. No cafeteria.

Every month salary is credited last working day of month without any fail. Working day Monday to friday

Dislikes

10 hrs( working) everyday. Increment in salary is very low. Very minimum no. of holidays. Technical growth is limited. No training for technical upliftment

They will keep you work on Sunday. Accounts Guys .. Please do not join if you want to ruin your sleep. I had to Take sleeping pills while working in this company. However Things might be changed but have to work on holidays as well if you join in accounts

Good Work environment with lots of opportunities for excellence in the work and explore new ideas.

...not implemented with clarity on the feedback between the employees and Managers. Salary Structure is not well organised and it's leads to huge negotiation at the time of joining.

They did provide us with 6 months of work from home, employees are helpful.

Dislikes

Although they provided WFH, but we were barred from the basic allowances for eg. paid leaves, full salary (we were paid 20% less of our full salary for 6 months) Even between a pandemic and owing to the current situation, we are being asked to come to office regularly with bare minimum work hour flexibility.
