- Friendly colleagues. - They celebrate all indian festivals (including men's and women's day) at office, they DON'T leave you alone with a holiday.

Attendance policy is worst (worse than a school). Very limited annual public holiday (almost half of what other companies provide). Poor infra for a corporate office (good infra for a familiy office), office location is not good either. There is no pantry at office, neither there is any decent restaurant nearby. They don't spend a single penny other than your CTC. No perks at all. No EPF, unless it's a entry-level position. Even the CTC includes all the random things (like insurance premium, leave encashment etc). No skill development opportunity for the corporate employees. No Learning curve. too much internal politics. No strategic plan of Finance dept. Have to come on saturday even its marked holiday. 10 Hrs shift even they will hold you after that for last minute work.

Good work culture, friendly environment. But it varies from department to department. New CMO is nice.

Very long working hours, salary less than industry standard. Very less leaves. No work life balance. Rude HRs. Family business. Office location very very bad and unsafe. No cafeteria.
