I like working at vector because im learning new skills and communication and variety of projects which i ever seen more breifly i enjoy working with no difficulties.

Dislikes

No salary hike,training issue,directly attacking us without explaining the mistake, if u train us perfectly in our assigned portion no chances of arasing mistakes.

To begin with they setup employees for failure. No expectation setting, no training, no process, but you should do great. Unless you are part of the close knit circle and spend time with them your work will not be valued. You can get fired anyday even midday at work 0 job security. This is less of an organisation more like a factory or shop.

Worst management. Even HR is helpless and has to nod his head according to few people who run this org as a dictatorship

Dislikes

Worst management especially the CSA management. If you're a female employee beware of the drooling manager. Won't even feel ashamed on floor to make a female employee sit beside him or even goes to an extent of making the female employee to work on the his(manager's) desktop. Always giggling around with girls. No traning will be given but you'll be expected to excel. Otherwise you're fired unless you're management's chamcha or good looking girl.

I have developed my communication skills which added enhanced skills in my experience, flexible and punctuatial in working, and working atmosphere is pleasant and clam.

Dislikes

We get difficulties in clarifying our doubts as we can't proceed in further operation therefore effecting our progress, need hike in salary.
