Friendly people. Office parties are also good.

Dislikes

No appreciation for good performance. No learning after a point. Extremely toxic manager. Minimal senior support. Work on weekends too. Very tight deadlines. Get replaced if you ask for a full time offer. Directors will show that they value you, but in reality you are just a cheap labour to them. Don't join as an intern with hopes of getting treated well and valued well.
