The work pressure is very high. No job security. Salary does not come right time that is last date of month.

Leave policies, you can take leave without any information to your reporting manager. Work timings, you can go the walk of the ground without any information to anyone. Take many tea break, lunch break ( can go out of the office).

Dislikes

Continue Hiring and firing Salary delayed Toxic work environment Late night work, you have to work entire night No promotion, no rewards PF always on hold Mr. Santosh Nayak ( Higher authority person) always abusing the employees and very bad behaviour with the female employees. They always fired employees without any information. HR are available only for hiring and firing. They don't have any power. HR are just increasing number of the employees in the organisation

Veative labs is great company to work with and enhance your career. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike .They are always trying to give us the employees a better environment to work effectively and efficiently.
