Here is only salary isssue in covid we are very struggle for our yearly production achivement and no any growth. Now in this company political isssue comes up.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...

Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

Dislikes

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics. Not a good environment to work for a person who wants to contribute but excellent place for the people who can only mail and shout.
