1. Company food is really good, 2. Some cultural activities is also good. 3. If I tell about learning prospect this is good organization. 4. Saturday & Sunday off but if required you have to join but i guess that's not a big deal. 5. Company staggered shift is also good.

1. Salary increament is not good. 2. No work satisfaction and work life balance. 3. Experience wise no criteria of salery, At more cases here 4years and 10 years experience person almost getting the same salery, 4. You will get appriciation but That appriciation coupon you will get after 3 to 4 month later or either coupon will finish once you reach to collect that. 5. At above manager the work pressure is worst. once you will join, you will realise. 6. Strict timming. 7. No personal life. 8. This organisation is not for long time settle person. 9. Your efforts are zero during appraisal but your boss will get P3 every year how I don't know. 10. Company in time is fixed but out time not fixed. 11. Once you will join you will realise that HR discussion yearly pakage and in-hand pakage having lots of difference. 12. Company management wants the low cost labour. 13. Work load is much higher due to Manpower shortage but you have to finish the work, either stay A+B+C all three shift, organization knows the issue but no Action. 14. Many IIT students and diploma students join this organisation because of the Volvo name, but It's only a joint venture with Volvo, No Volvo culture or process followed by the company in Eicher truck and buses plant or VECV, So before join this organisation please set your mind , you are joining Eicher not Volvo. 15. Where I was working there is no respect of hardworking people, All creaditibily will goes to boss and will get some coin after appraisal. 16. The most important and dangerous thing is politics. 17. No correction on Open issues,related to employees. At every open house meeting issues noted by the HR but no correction seen. 18. Abusing kind of thing is normal in this organisation. 19. Not carrying much about safety rules and regulations.

Mid level person can take decision frequently of allocated work.

Dislikes

No any appropriation of completed task and no any salary band same level person having to much different range. Rotation of work not happening so person feel bored to do same work from long time.

Apart from salary being on time and there being some level of OEM exposure, there are no real positives.

Working late is a norm, add that to 1 hour of travel time basically you have no life left. Training is lacking and things always show up last minute.

As a organisation....good

Dislikes

...or personal interest by managers. Worst in market in terms of appraisal process. You have to resign to get salary revisions. The midlevel managers are in same location for 15+ years and so they run their own rule. HR department itself has least retention...so you can understand the employee satisfaction.
