Company is very excellent , he always pay the attention to our worker.

There are highly posted person is not doing properly work, they are misuse the company worker time & he is doing our personal work in office time. There are no any person who can stop this activities. I don't like of this type culture.

It's a skill full industry if you want to start your career then you may go. Very skillfull work and enjoying worked.

Here is only salary isssue in covid we are very struggle for our yearly production achivement and no any growth. Now in this company political isssue comes up.

Nothing is to be for like. Only salary credit in account on time if no RGP is pending otherwise it will hold.

Each and everything in VECav Dewas is worst. Uncultured, no system only dectator ship. Management monopoly. Hiring for you as per your skill but the didn't use and utilize you in no valuable activities. At the time of appraisal they judge on you profile not as per defined job. In lockdown company was full supportive in terms of salary but pressure was 100% to close the work without any support and facilities, even after resuming of work appraisal deceded and started non-unifrom work. Which affected work life balance. Overall rating is good for Volvo but need to improve there management, job is sure untill the performance is excellent.

Dislikes

Politics, HR not respond, management doesn't understand and address issues. Career growth is very slow.
