... security is excellent, company provides food, transport to every staff memeber. Salary structure is good and paid on time.

Reactive approach and people came on action after incident has happened. Totally man dependent syatem, no systematic approach. Problems are transferred from one department to other instead of resolving issues. Not suitable for smart people.

Company policy is well but as in every company. ..the piller of every company is the ground people who actually dealing to customer that person have getting less salary.. like mechanic service advisor who facing lots of challenge to handle the customer issues....but they don't have getting returned for their work..need to change the payment structure...

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue.salary is also big issue. On the job no training provide for new development.

Lot of support from organisation. Management provide full salary of 2 month during lockdown period. Save work life with PPE support. End of every week by virtual meeting top management communicate with us, knowing about me and my family health situation and assure us, that our job is secure.

No growth in 3rd party pay roll. Please not join 3rd party payroll. Actually 1st time when you join in 3rd party party the interviewer told u , u will pay roll in 6 month. But will work with 3 years but no progress.
